How to Create Forms with AI Prompts in Formisoft

You describe what you need. The AI builds the form. You review, tweak if necessary, and publish. That's the whole process — here's how to do it.

1. Sign in to Formisoft

   • New user? Sign up here
   • Existing user? Log in here

2. Click "Create form with AI"

   • You'll find this on your dashboard. It opens the AI prompt field.
     

3. Describe the form you want

   • Write a plain-English description of what you need to collect. Be specific about the type of form, the audience, and any particular fields or sections you want.
